Unless by previous arrangement:-
All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card number, expiry date and contact telephone number.
A non-refundable deposit must be sent by cheque. The amount should be sufficient to cover the first nights accommodation costs.Cheques should be made payable to Ullapool Tourist Hostel or Lochbroom Self Catering as appropriate.
All outstanding balances to be paid in full, 21 days prior to the date of arrival.
Cancellations or Changes to the original booking.
Any cancellations or variation in the group numbers must be notified to us in writing , eg letter or email at least 21 days prior to arrival date.
Failure to let us know about reductions in group numbers within 21 days of arrival will require full payment for the full amount of the original booking less the amount of the deposit. Ullapool Tourist Hostel will try to alleviate the situation by trying to sell the unwanted bed-nights. However if we are unable to sell the bed-nights then the group will have to pay for any beds booked but remaining unsold.
