We are very sorry to announce that we are no longer trading as a hostel/backpackers as of the 1st of January 2009.

However after extensive renovation West House has now re-opened as a Bed and Breakfast.

We have 3 ensuite rooms and 1 with a private bathroom. 2 of the rooms have double beds and 2 can be made into twin/super kingsize beds as required.Breakfast is continental style with fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast, homemade cakes etc in the fridge in the room, so if you want to be away early you don't have to hang about waiting for us to cook!!!

All the rooms have sea and mountain views, tv(freeview channels) kettle, toaster, fridge etc.

We still have the two cottages to rent, both in the centre of the village, ie Crofton House www.croftonhouseullapool.co.uk and 3 Broom Cottages www.3broomcottagesullapool.co.uk .

Which are ideal for groups who want self catering facilities. We will consider weekend bookings on both properties between November and March. Please give us a call to check availability and price.
